Kristina and I first became friends around the age of two. Our older brothers were close friends and we lived very close to one another. It wasn't long before Kristina and I became best friends. Everyday I found myself wanting to be around her. Kristina meant so much to me at not only a young age, but as I grew older and still today. I only wish that I can be half as good of a person that she was. She befriended all, her love was endless, and her heart was always in the right place. Her life may have been shorter than some, but it has made such a strong impact on me that its incredible. In all of my memories I have of her she is smiling, having fun, and doing what average kids do. Kristina truly lived her life to the max and was extremely optimistic. Everyone always has that one friend that they grew up with when they were little that they'll never forget. The one that when they're adults with kids they'll still talk about. Kristina will always be that one for me. Memories of Kristina have been carved into my heart and will guide me throughout life to be a better person. I love Kristina so much, just like all of us, and I will never forget my first and lifelong best friend.
